Terms of Service
1. All commissions are for personal use only.
2. Please credit me when posting the work on any social media.
3. The copyright of the work still belongs to me. The characters can belong to the other party, but the works are still mine and I'm free to put all the finished works in my portfolio as my works.
4. NO DEADLINE please. I will guess the approximate time for it to be completed but no definite time please! ! Please check my Trello for commission progress. ! I will try my best to complete the work as fast as i can but be mindful that there may be life issues on my end but i will try to keep you updated!
5. I refuse of any use of my works for NFTs nor AI.
6. I have the right to refuse if the request disagrees with me for example : too much to handle, or other unforeseen reasons. (please check my do's and don't's on the bottom of this page).
6. Cancellation can only be done only at the sketching process and after the first payment is done. Cancellation after the sketch is already finished and no first payment done after 1 month after the sketch completion = blacklist.
Commission Process
1. Up to 2 Free Big/Major revisions (such as changing poses, changing the characters, adding/reducing characters, and other big changes to the work). The 2 free major revisions can only be used in the sketching process. After that, any major changes will add more additional cost depending on the phase the work is currently in. For example : any major revisions on the lineart phase will cost way more than when in sketching phase. So please prepare adequate references for me to work on.There would be additional price per extra major revision outside of the 2 free major revisions in the sketching process only :

Sketch phase : +45k IDR / 10 USD
Lineart + base color phase : +50% of the total price
Shading + finishing phase : x2 of the total price2. The payment process is : First payment/down payment (DP) after the sketching is approved and the final payment after the work is completed. Any additional fees would be added to the final payment during the process. The final work will be given after the final payment is done.3. Minor/Little Revisions may or may not be free depending on the intricacy or difficulty.4. The client has the right to ask for progress. You can ask me on twitter DMs or on my other social media for progress. You can check the commission progress on Trello by accessing "Progress and Waitlist" on the main menu. Please check the Trello first before contacting.
Payment Process
1. I will send the first payment invoice after the sketch is approved. I will not continue the commission progress unless the first payment is done first.2. 50% of the initial fees must be paid after the sketch is done (first payment) and the remaining payment + additional fees (if there's any) as the final payment after the work is completed (The final payment must be done first before i give you the final work(s)).3. You will get :
1. The finished work(s) in :
1350x1080 px size
& 300 px resolution or depending on the work(s) or the requested size from client.
2. I will send two copies of the finished work(s) : one with watermark and one without watermark. Please use it wisely.
Workflow
- Client ordered through twitter DM or any other platforms
- Discussion
- Sketching process
- Revision(s) (if there's any) > completed sketch > first payment.
- Lineart + base color > discussion > approved
- Shading + finishing > discussion (with watermark) > approved > final payment.
- Finished work(s) will be sent to the client's email.
